To find out what ATS a company uses, read the address of its Apply link. The application form lives on the system's own domain, so myworkdayjobs.com means Workday and jobs.lever.co means Lever. The table below does that reading for 16 employers our users apply to, and prints the link it came from and the day we opened it.
Lists of company ATS usage go stale quietly, which is why ApplyMate keeps no customer lists on its ATS vendor pages. This page makes the opposite trade: every row is an observation, dated and linked, so you can open the evidence yourself and see whether it still holds.
The 16 employers below split across Greenhouse (7), Workday (5), Ashby (2), Lever (1), and Taleo / Oracle Recruiting (1). Every row was read from the employer's own apply link on October 26, 2026, and the link is in the table. If your company is not listed, read its apply link in 30 seconds.

What ATS each company uses
Each system name links to a page on how that system treats your resume. Each evidence link opens the employer's job board on the ATS's own domain, where the jobs are listed. Where an employer embeds Greenhouse in its own site, as Stripe, Airbnb and Coinbase do, the link is Greenhouse's embedded job list for that employer, because the plain board address redirects to the employer's careers page.

How to check any company yourself in 30 seconds
- Open a real job on the company's careers page, ideally the one you want.
- Click Apply, and stop before you fill anything in.
- Read the address bar. The part before the first slash is the host:
acme.wd5.myworkdayjobs.comis Workday,job-boards.greenhouse.iois Greenhouse,jobs.ashbyhq.comis Ashby. - If the address is still the company's own (
careers.example.com), the host says nothing. Look at the job link:gh_jidin it points to an embedded Greenhouse form, which is how Stripe, Datadog, Airbnb and Coinbase do it.

How these rows were checked. For each employer we did three things on October 26, 2026. We confirmed the ATS's own public job-board interface returned open jobs for that board. We followed the Apply link from the employer's careers site, or read its embedded form, to see the same host. We then matched the address against the host each ATS uses. Employers whose apply link stays on their own domain, or whose careers site would not load for an ordinary page request, are left out rather than guessed. We use no third-party lists.
What each system means for your resume
The basics are the same everywhere: a plain, single-column file with real text in it. These notes cover what changes when you apply to the employers above. The vendor pages hold the detail.
Greenhouse
Used by Airbnb, Cloudflare, Coinbase, Datadog, Figma, Stripe, and Monzo. The upload is quick, and the form's own questions do much of the screening. A person tends to read the resume, so a clean layout counts as much as keywords. See the Greenhouse resume checker.
Workday
Used by Capital One, Mastercard, Adobe, Salesforce, and Workday. Every employer has its own Workday site, so applying to two of them means two accounts and two upload-and-correct rounds. Spend your time on the pre-filled fields before you submit. See the Workday resume checker.

What ATS does Stripe use?
Stripe uses Greenhouse. The apply form on stripe.com is an embedded Greenhouse form, and Greenhouse's own job list for Stripe at job-boards.greenhouse.io showed open jobs when we checked on October 26, 2026.
What ATS does JPMorgan Chase use?
JPMorgan Chase's careers site sends applicants to jpmc.fa.oraclecloud.com, an Oracle Recruiting Cloud address. We file that under Taleo, because Oracle Recruiting Cloud is Oracle's newer system and the Taleo advice carries over. Sources disagree about JPMorgan, so we go by the address: it was live with open jobs on October 26, 2026.
What ATS does Salesforce use?
Salesforce uses Workday. The Apply button on a job at salesforce.com/company/careers opens a salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com page, which is Salesforce's own Workday site. We checked it on October 26, 2026.
How can I tell what ATS a company uses?
Open any job on the company's careers page, click Apply, and read the address of the page you land on. An address ending in myworkdayjobs.com is Workday, boards.greenhouse.io or job-boards.greenhouse.io is Greenhouse, jobs.lever.co is Lever, jobs.ashbyhq.com is Ashby, and jobs.smartrecruiters.com is SmartRecruiters. If the address stays on the company's own domain, the address cannot tell you, and a job link containing gh_jid is a sign of an embedded Greenhouse form.
Do companies change their ATS?
Yes, and without telling applicants. Employers switch systems when a contract ends or a vendor is bought, and some run two systems for a while. Oracle Recruiting Cloud, for example, is replacing Taleo at many employers. That is why every row on this page carries the day it was checked, and why the apply link on your own posting beats any list.
Why is my target company not on this list?
A company is listed only when its apply link shows the ATS host and its job board had open jobs on the day we checked. Employers whose apply link stays on their own domain are left out, because the address does not name the system. Follow the steps above to read it yourself in about 30 seconds.
