Free UKG Pro ATS Resume Checker
Score your resume against how UKG Pro reads it — parsing, keywords, sections and formatting — in under 60 seconds. Free, no account.
UKG Pro Recruiting, formerly UltiPro Recruiting, is the hiring module of UKG's HR and payroll suite, common at mid-size and large US employers in healthcare, retail, hospitality and services. UKG publishes very little about how it reads resumes, so this page keeps what UKG says apart from our own advice.
Your resume has a solid foundation but is missing several key ATS optimizations. Better keyword alignment and measured results will meaningfully boost your score.
Missing quantified achievements: most bullets describe responsibilities, not results
Low keyword density for common industry terms in the target role
Clear chronological work history with start and end dates
The difference
What UKG Pro does differently
Mid-size and large US employers that run UKG for HR and payroll, including many hiring for frontline and hourly roles.
How to tell it's UKG Pro: The careers address is recruiting.ultipro.com or recruiting2.ultipro.com, followed by a company code and JobBoard.
- Check every field after you upload. Where your resume is parsed to fill in the application, a misread title or date carries into the profile recruiters search.
- Expect screening questions written for the specific job. For hourly and frontline roles they often decide more than the resume does.
- Keep each role's title, employer and dates on predictable lines in a single column, so the parsed history matches your file.
- If you apply through Indeed, the form is filled from your Indeed profile, so keep that profile consistent with your resume.
The honest version
No tool, including this one, can see inside UKG's software or predict a specific employer's configuration. What a checker can do — and what this one does — is read your resume the way any parser must, and tell you what it could not extract. That is where nearly every avoidable rejection comes from.

- UKG Rapid Hire, built for frontline and high-volume hiring, lets candidates apply by chatting with an AI assistant by text, with no logins and no forms. [2]
