Analizador de CV para ATS de Workday gratis

Comprueba en menos de 60 segundos cómo lee Workday tu CV: lectura automática, palabras clave, secciones y formato. Gratis, sin cuenta.

Workday is the system behind most large-enterprise application portals — the ones that make you create an account, upload a resume, then re-type everything it failed to read. That re-typing step is the tell: the fields Workday leaves blank are the fields its parser could not extract from your file.

73 /100

Your resume has a solid foundation but is missing several key ATS optimizations. Better keyword alignment and measured results will meaningfully boost your score.

Machine readability 13/15
Keyword coverage 12/20
Quantified results 5/15
Standard sections 10/12
Layout & formatting 9/12
Titles & dates 10/10

Missing quantified achievements: most bullets describe responsibilities, not results

Low keyword density for common industry terms in the target role

Clear chronological work history with start and end dates

La diferencia

Qué hace Workday de forma distinta

The most common system on Fortune 500 careers sites: Jobscan's 2026 count found Workday behind more than 40% of them. If a large employer asks you to create an account before you can apply, it is often Workday. [3]

Cómo saber que es Workday: The application address contains myworkdayjobs.com, usually as company.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com or similar.

  • Workday's apply flow parses your resume into form fields and shows you the result before you submit. What it gets wrong there is what it stores, so correct it by hand, then fix the resume so the next upload parses cleanly.
  • Single-column layouts come through well. Content in a sidebar or a second column often lands in the wrong field or is dropped.
  • Use one date format for every role (MM/YYYY throughout works). Mixed formats are the usual reason the parsed work history shows gaps.
  • Text in headers, footers, text boxes and images is regularly skipped, which is how contact details go missing. Keep them in the body.
  • Every employer runs its own Workday site, so you have a separate account at each one. Within one employer, the profile is kept between applications, so a badly parsed first upload follows you to the next role there.

Workday does not reject you on a resume score by itself. It parses your resume into structured fields, and recruiters filter and search on those fields. The practical risk is invisibility rather than rejection: a skill that never made it into the parsed data will not come up in the search that would have found you. Many employers also add screening questions to the application, and those deserve as much care as the resume.

Workday owns HiredScore, an AI tool for recruiters, and Paradox, a conversational assistant for candidates. Whether the employer you are applying to has switched either on is not visible from the application. What you can control is the same either way: a resume whose text extracts cleanly and uses the posting's own words for skills you really have.

A text-based PDF or DOCX with a single column, standard headings and no tables. Workday accepts both formats; the layout matters far more than the extension.

Almost always inconsistent date formats, or the job title and the employer on the same line. Put the title, the employer and the date range in a predictable order and repeat that order for every role.

Each employer runs its own Workday site, so an account at one does not exist at another. Reusing the same email and password is fine; reusing a resume that parses badly is what costs time, because you correct the same fields at every employer.
